Career Caffè provides career counseling, university advisory, profile building, and related guidance services.

All services are advisory in nature and are intended to support informed decision-making. Final decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the student and/or parent.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Career Caffè does not guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university
• Scholarships or financial aid
• Specific academic or career outcomes

Results depend on multiple factors including student performance, profile, and external processes.

4. Consultation Policy

• Free consultations are introductory sessions intended to understand the student’s profile and provide initial guidance
• Career Caffè reserves the right to reschedule or limit consultations based on availability

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees for paid programs will be shared separately and must be paid as per agreed terms
• By enrolling in any program, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment structure

6. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable except in limited cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous payments
• Services not initiated due to Career Caffè

No refunds once:

• Counseling sessions conducted
• Assessments administered
• Advisory support commenced

7. User Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Actively participate in sessions
• Meet deadlines for applications and submissions

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

Career Caffè reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
